Richard C. Stempel is a member of the real estate department. He joined the Firm in 1979.
Mr. Stempel has extensive experience in sophisticated real estate financing, sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, the structuring of partnerships and limited liability companies, and commercial and residential development.
Mr. Stempel has represented institutional lenders and private lenders, as well as borrowers, developers and individuals, in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Mr. Stempel has considerable experience involving condominium and cooperative offering plans, condominium and cooperative boards, homeowner associations, and commercial and residential leasing for both landlords and tenants.
