Joelle B. Taub is a member of the litigation department. She has been with the Firm since 1994 and became a partner in 2006.
Ms. Taub concentrates her practice in general commercial litigation, with an emphasis on commercial real estate litigation, and in particular representing owners/landlords in commercial landlord-tenant disputes. She appears regularly in the Commercial Landlord/Tenant Part of the Civil Court, and the Supreme Court.
