James R. Bennett is a member of the Firm's real estate department. He has been with the Firm since 1978 and became a partner in 1981.
Mr. Bennett concentrates his practice in the preparation of condominium and cooperative offering plans. He has drafted offering plans for properties ranging from three to over three hundred units, including new construction, rehabilitated and occupied buildings. He also represents cooperative and condominium boards with respect to day to day operations, as well as holders of unsold shares who have purchased shares allocated to blocks of apartments.
